Mandatory In-Person Consultation

All new clients are required to complete an in-person consultation before booking services. This consultation helps assess individual needs, mobility considerations, sensory preferences, and the best approach for care. It ensures that each session is tailored for safety, comfort, and effectiveness.

All in-person consultations take place at the location where the client will be receiving services. Once the consultation is completed and a recommended service is given, access to the booking portal will be provided.
